Tools provided by Google

We use several solutions provided by Google LLC, which are detailed below. When you are a resident of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) will be the controller of your personal data transferred to Google (or their processor on our behalf). Data collected using individual tools may be later transferred and used by other Google tools we use, as well as combined with other information Google has about you (for example, due to the fact that you use Google services requiring an account, such as Gmail). Due to the fact that Google LLC is an entity from outside the European Union (based in the USA), your data may be stored outside the European Economic Area or may be accessed from countries outside the EEA (USA), where different data protection rules apply. The lawfulness of such data transfer is ensured, inter alia, by participation in the Data Privacy Framework and the fact that Google LLC is a certified participant in this arrangement (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). For more information about Google’s privacy practice, visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics – a web analytics service offered by Google, which tracks and collects information about traffic/visits to the Website. The information will subsequently be transferred to Google, which can use it to contextualize and personalize ads. You can object to creating this information about your activity on our Google-accessible website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (which can be downloaded from: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=en). This opt-out browser add-on prevents Google Analytics JavaScript from reporting your activity to Google Analytics. You can also switch off ad personalization here: https://adssettings.google.com/

Google Ads

Our Website includes cookies related to the Google Ads solution. They collect data about the Website user and his/her behaviour and transmit them to Google in order to personalize and adjust the ads which are then displayed to that user on other websites visited or as sponsored links in the Google search engine and other tools provided by Google. For more information on how these data are processed visit: https://safety.google/intl/en_au/privacy/ads-and-data/.

Google Fonts

We use the fonts provided and hosted on Google servers on our Website. This means that for the Website to be displayed correctly, it is necessary to provide certain information relating to you (such as an IP address), your device or your web browser. The use of certain additional solutions (YouTube, reCaptcha) also forces the use of Google Fonts hosted on Google servers on our Website. Google also produces collective user statistics without using data for any other purposes, such as creating user profiles or providing advertising. More details on Google’s activities in connection with the use of Google Fonts are available at: https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy?hl=pl.

Google reCaptcha

Google reCaptcha provides additional functionality that reduces spam in the messages we receive via the contact form, as well as abuse of our Website. This requires collecting certain user data (via cookie) and transferring them to Google for analysis. These data do not allow us to know your identity (they contain an anonymised identifier), but due to the scope of data that Google collects about Internet users, this entity may potentially be able to identify you again.

YouTube

On our Website we also have links to videos hosted on Google’s YouTube platform. In connection with posting these videos on the Website, additional solutions from Google (in the form of cookies) have also been used to ensure that the videos are correctly displayed and to remember information about your device and browser in order to adjust the settings for displaying videos. Data concerning your settings, videos shown and interactions with videos can also be used by Google to produce statistics and your profile to subsequently suggest other videos for viewing, and can also be used by Google to correctly charge various advertisers.

In order to ensure the map’s correct operation and display of our office location to users, the map collects some limited information about them, such as: IP address, type of browser and end device, operating system, address of our Site including the map and the time when the user visited the Website. These data are also used to ensure the safe operation of the map. Non-anonymised data shall not be transferred to States which do not provide an adequate level of protection. Consequently, we will not be able to use new data collected about the user in targeted advertising, but previously collected data may still be used,
