He conducted scientific and technical projects in Poland and the United States, specializing in soft matter physics and microfluidic techniques. Passionate about the development of the organization and building value by creating technologies that solve important problems in health care.

Co-founder of  Scope Fluidics. Manager. He gained experience in technology companies, research institutes and pharmaceutical companies. In his professional work, he coordinated a number of implementation processes. An enthusiast of risk management and solving difficult problems. At Scope Fluidics, he is responsible for clinical trials, intellectual property, production and registration processes.

A manager with many years of experience in managing capital groups, implementing M&A transactions and cooperation with the capital market, including raising capital from international institutions. At Bacteromic, he is responsible for the financial department, M&A transactions and investor relations.

Bernd Eberhardt brings over 20 years of experience in international manufacturing companies, specializing in production, operational processes, and automation. He worked overseeing production and technological processes, holding managerial responsibilities in the  European and Asian operations. He led a team specializing in the manufacture of components for the healthcare and automotive industries. 

Gajane Żurawska has 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. She has extensive experience in marketing, B2B and B2C sales, business development, product development and strategic portfolio. She is also specialized in team and project management.

Manager with 12 years of experience in development of in vitro diagnostic methods. Specialised in area of molecular biology and microbiology. He brings years of experience in experimental work, leading a team of researchers and develop products. 

Dominik Skoneczny is an experienced strategic people and project leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering regulatory, R&D and process improvement projects within healthcare and life sciences sectors. He has extensive international experience in development and management within R&D and quality areas of innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products in industry, governmental and research organisations.  

Radosław Milczarek has been involved in implementations carried out for the cosmetic, chemical, pharmaceutical and automotive industries since 2003. Affiliated with Scope Fluidics Group since 2019. At Bacteromic, responsible for the design, certification and implementation into production of the devices included in the BACTEROMIC system. 

Łukasz Puławski  has 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 3 years in the automotive industry. As a Solid Form Production Supervisor, he was responsible for all necessary activities to meet GMP requirements and participated in the Green Belt project aimed at reducing downtime of the packaging line. He actively participated in the transfer of technology to production. As the Shift Manager he managed and supervised the work of the following departments: extruders, vulcanization, injection molding and silicones.

Dariusz Świrdowski is an experienced software engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing software systems. He specializes in managing complex software development projects, collaborating with diverse teams of programmers. He has experience working in both national and international corporations. His interests include the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence.

Michal Kisiel brings over 15 years of expertise in Quality Management Systems and ISO standards, specializing in the medical sector. Michal has a robust background in regulatory affairs, in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), and medical device quality, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and quality audits across Europe. 

Katarzyna Kupidura – Pawlik  has over 10 years of experience in IP strategy, patent prosecution and portfolio management, FTO analyses and patentability evaluations. Throughout her career, she has also worked in several academic molecular biology laboratories, a patent law firm and an NGO.

Łukasz Richter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bringing products from proof-of-concept to commercial launch. During his work in Swiss biotech, he gained expertise mostly in defining product vision, roadmaps, and positioning, coordinating product launches, and gathering market feedback to create comprehensive product requirements.

Joanna Rutkowska has over 25 years of experience in implementing human capital management projects. She started as a permanent recruitment consultant. For several years, she built a department responsible for HR consulting projects, both in human and substantive aspects. In the following years, she developed in the area of learning and development, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of a training and development concept for an organization with 1,000 employees. In recent years, she has been responsible for the entirety of HR processes in organizations. 

Attorney with over 15 years of experience in the capital market. She specializes in the legal services for listed companies, with a particular focus on disclosure requirements and corporate governance. Maja gained her experience at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, public companies, and external advisors.

Anna Skweres has over 15 years of experience in various organizational environments – from a university technology transfer center through an international consulting company to a startup. She is a specialist in the areas of finance, controlling, obtaining and settling grants, and project management. Her experience also includes the area of ​​preparation and implementation of M&A transactions.

Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in finance. Specializes in reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, the Accounting Act and the Corporate Governance Principles.

Katarzyna Derwińska is an experienced project manager with a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry. She also possesses strong expertise in managing R&D projects. Katarzyna has gained valuable experience working across a diverse range of organizations, from start-up companies to global corporations.

She has over 20 years of experience in the area of ​​broadly understood accounting, financial reporting (individual and consolidated) and tax settlements, particularly in the area of ​​goods and services tax, corporate income tax, withholding tax (VAT, CIT, WHT).
