is a part of Scope Fluidics Group and was established to develop the BACTEROMIC system, used to assess the drug susceptibility of microorganisms.

Scope Fluidics S.A. is a biotechnology company that creates and develops innovative projects in the field of medical diagnostics and healthcare.

Innovative products developed within Scope Fluidics respond to the most  important needs, such as fast, effective and accessible medical diagnostics, improving the quality of treatment and reducing the time and costs of potential hospitalization.

Anna Siemianowska is an experienced manager with over 10 years of experience in human capital management. Although her educational background is unconventional for the HR field—she is a chemist—this interdisciplinary knowledge allows her to understand business exceptionally well. Over the years, she became fascinated with HR, which led her to complete numerous courses and postgraduate studies in HR Business Partner. Her key competencies include creating a positive work environment, making quick and accurate decisions, and possessing a high level of emotional intelligence. She is committed to ensuring the quality of HR processes, both in recruitment and employee development, making sure that employees feel proud of the place where they work.
